Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. 

Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

How can I make a return/exchange?
To return/exchange an item we suggest to use the returns form enclosed with your package and mail us to returns@triplemarfel.com to mention the reasons and other comments you want us to know.  

In case of loss of the returns form, do not worry, you can email our customer service at returns@triplemarfel.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving the RMA, place the item with the hangtag label securely in its original packaging, and with the return form provided completed. Then, please mail your return to our headquarters:

For orders in Portugal (Azores, Madeira) and Spain, you have two free methods to return your order: 

  • Collection at home: By filling in the option “Free collection at home / place of work”, a request for collection will be sent to the carrier CTT. In your online order, you received a return receipt. This return slip must be pasted on the outside of the package, overlapping the original label. It will not be possible to define the collection time of the products by the carrier. 
  • Returns at pick up points: You can return your order to a CTT Pick Up Point. If you received your order via CTT, you will receive, together with the items, a CTT return label that allows you to return it to a CTT Pick Up point. Use that label by affixing it to the package and proceed with the return at the Pick Up Point.

When can I make a return/exchange?
Returns are only accepted within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of your order.

The exchange/return can only be accepted if it respects the following rules:

  • The products must not have been used neither washed;
  • The products must maintain all the original characteristics and appearance and the packaging must not be damaged;
  •  Products must be complete with all accessories and parts of which they are composed, and their identification tags intact.
  • Returned items are the customer's responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are well packaged, correctly addressed and that they cannot be damaged in transit.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us 5 to 10 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after checking the item.

How will I receive my refund?
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original the method of payment.

Defective goods
Triple Marfel stands for high quality. However, if one of our products is faulty, you must be entitled to a refund or free replacement. We only accept complaints for products that have been purchased at Triple Marfel Online Store.
