How do I know that my order has been placed?

After you have placed your order, it will be shown our order confirmation page. Make sure to follow all the steps in the checkout to complete the order. Once the checkout is processed, it will be sent you a confirmation email with your ordered items and payment method.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

You cannot cancel or change the order once it has been placed. However, we have a very flexible return and exchange policy. Please check our delivery and refunds page for more information.

Can I customize my shirt?

Unfortunately, we do not provide custom tailored shirt service yet.

We provide fit information and shirt measurement for each style, please carefully read our size guide before your purchase.
